Refund Policy

Refund Request Period

• Subscription refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase for unused time.
• Credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if they are unused.

Eligibility Conditions

• Subscriptions: refunds are available only for unused subscription time.
• Credit packages: credits must be completely unused.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@gptimageprompts.com.
• Include your account email, order ID, and the reason for the request.
• Bonus or promotional credits are not refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• credits already used to generate images
• credits used for blocked, moderated, illegal, or disallowed content requests
• subscription fees after the 14-day refund window
• accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service

Partial Refunds

For partially used subscriptions, refunds may be calculated based on unused subscription time minus the value of already used credits.

Processing

• We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Final timing depends on your payment provider.
